1. (혀)의 엄청난 (위력)을 알아야 한다.

1.2 Do not (underestimate) the (destructive power) of the tongue.
2. 혀는 길들일 수 (없다)는 것을 (인정)해야 합니다.
2. (Admit) that the tongue (can’t be) tamed.
3. (말) 실수를 줄이려고 하지 말고 자신의 (인격)이 바뀌어야 합니다.
3. Instead of trying to reduce the mistakes of what we (say), our (character) must change.
3.1 혀는 인격을 측정하는 (온도계)이다.
3.1 The tongue is a (thermometer) to measure your (character).
3.2 (말)은 인격의 표현이다.
3.2 What you (say) is what expresses your character.
3.3 인격이 바뀌려면 (예수 그리스도)를 (영접)해야 한다.
3.3 To change your character you must (accept) (Jesus Christ).
4. 혀를 (긍정적으로) 사용해야 합니다.
4. Use the tongue (positively).
4.1 혀는 마음의 (온도계)인 동시에 내면의 (온도 조절 장치)입니다.
4.1 The tongue is a (thermometer) of heart as well as a (temperature controller) of your heart.
4.2 (감사)하는 말, (덕)이 있는 말, (은혜)가 되는 말을 (반복)해야 합니다.
4.2 (Repeat) the words of (thanksgiving), (virtue) and (grace).
4.3 (사랑합니다). 감사합니다. (축복합니다). 이런 말을 자주 사용해야 합니다.
4.3 Use the words such as (I love you), Thank you, (God Bless you), frequently.
