사랑하는 새생명 교우 여러분, 부활주일을 맞이하여 사망 권세를 이기시고 다시 사신 주님의 부활을 진심으로 기뻐하며 오늘 예배에 참석하신 분들을 진심으로 축복합니다.
우리 안에 흐르는 이 부활의 기쁨은 우리끼리만 누리는 안도감이 아니라, 세상을 향해 닫힌 문을 열고 나가는 역동적인 생명력이 됩니다. 그 생명력의 파도가 이번 주, 우리 교회에 제920차 평신도 세미나라는 이름으로 밀려옴을 기도 중에 느끼게 됩니다.
금주 4월 10일부터 12일까지, 2박 3일간 우리 교회는 지상에서 맛보는 ‘작은 천국’이 될 것입니다. 이번 세미나를 위해 하나님께서는 우리의 부족함과 연약함에도 불구하고, 한국과 호주 전역 10개 교회에서 32명의 귀한 천사(참석자)들을 보내주셨습니다.
이분들은 단순한 손님이 아니라, 우리 교회를 통해 부활하신 주님의 사랑을 경험할 하나님의 대사들입니다.
이번 세미나가 단순히 행사를 치르는 시간이 되지 않기를 소망합니다. 섬기는 우리 안의 숨겨진 상처와 아픔이 치유되고, 무뎌졌던 감사가 회복되는 치유의 시간이 되길 기도합니다. 우리가 기쁨으로 밥상을 차리고 마음을 나눌 때, 그 따뜻한 섬김이 참석자들의 영혼을 깨우고 우리 자신의 영성도 새롭게 할 것입니다.
특별히 이번 주 토요일 목장 모임과 주일연합예배는 세미나의 하이라이트입니다. 성도 여러분 모두가 한마음으로 동참해 주시길 부탁드립니다.
또한, 이 잔치에 우리 주변의 VIP분들을 기쁨으로 초대해 주십시오. 닫힌 마음의 문을 열고 들어오신 예수님처럼, 우리의 목장이 비신자들에게 소망의 문이 되어주길 기도합니다.
우리의 이 작은 섬김은 여기서 멈추지 않을 것입니다. 이번 세미나를 통해 대양주 구석구석에 가정교회의 정신이 전파되고, 전 세계에 신약교회의 원형이 회복되는 거룩한 파도가 일어나길 소망해 봅니다. 천국 잔치를 준비하는 손길마다 부활의 주님이 주시는 평강(샬롬)이 가득하시길 축복합니다. 다음과 같이 한주간 기도해 주시길 부탁 드립니다.

1. 위기의 시대에 성령 하나님이 이끄시는 평세가 되게 하소서.
2. 하나님이 보내주신 32명의 천사들이 건강하고 강의와 간증, 목장 탐방, 주일연합예배, 호스트(민박) 등을 통해 설득당하여 3축 4기둥에 기초한 가정교회를 이해하고, 예수의 제자로 살아가기 위해 목자 목녀의 삶으로 헌신하게 하소서.
3. 섬기는 시드니새생명교회 목자 목녀들과 성도님들이 섬기는 보람과 기쁨을 누리고, 하늘 상급 쌓아가며 하나님 나라 확장에 기여하는 복된 시간 되게 하소서.

<Issue 26-14> The Joy of the Resurrection Continues into a Heavenly Feast through the Lay Leaders Seminar
Dear beloved New Life Church members,
On this Resurrection Sunday, we sincerely rejoice in the Lord who has risen again, overcoming the power of death, and we wholeheartedly bless all who have come to worship today.
The joy of the resurrection flowing within us is not merely a sense of comfort that we enjoy among ourselves; rather, it becomes a dynamic life force that opens closed doors and moves outward toward the world. In prayer, we sense that this wave of life will come upon our church this week in the form of the 920th Lay Leaders Seminar.
From April 10 to 12 this week, for 2 nights and 3 days, our church will become a “small heaven” experienced here on earth. Despite our shortcomings and weaknesses, God has sent us 32 precious “angels” (participants) from 10 churches across Korea and Australia for this seminar.
They are not merely guests, but ambassadors of God who will experience the love of the risen Lord through our church.
We pray that this seminar will not simply be an event we carry out. Rather, may it be a time of healing where the hidden wounds and pains within those who serve are restored, and where dulled gratitude is revived. As we joyfully prepare meals and share our hearts, that warm service will awaken the souls of the participants and renew our own spirituality as well.
In particular, this Saturday’s Mokjang gathering and the Sunday united worship service will be the highlight of the seminar. We ask that all members participate with one heart.
Also, please joyfully invite the VIPs around you to this feast. Just as Jesus opened the closed doors of hearts and entered in, we pray that our Mokjang will become a doorway of hope for unbelievers.
Our small acts of service will not end here. Through this seminar, we hope for a holy wave where the spirit of the house church spreads throughout Oceania, and the original form of the New Testament church is restored across the world. May the peace (shalom) given by the risen Lord be abundant in every hand that prepares this heavenly feast. We ask that you pray together for the following throughout this week:

- In this time of crisis, may this seminar be led by the Holy Spirit.
- May the 32 angels sent by God remain healthy, and through lectures, testimonies, Mokjang visits, Sunday united worship, and hosting (homestays), be moved and come to understand the house church built on the 3 axes and 4 pillars, and commit to living as disciples of Jesus with the life of shepherds and shepherdesses.
- May the shepherds, shepherdesses, and members of Sydney New Life Church who serve experience the joy and reward of serving, store up heavenly rewards, and have a blessed time contributing to the expansion of God’s Kingdom.
